Services

Four ways to work with us. One engineering standard.

Extend your team, hand us a product stream, prove an idea, or help your own engineers work well with AI. Every engagement is run by senior engineers who drive coding agents and own the result.

01 Engagements

Pick the level of involvement that fits the moment.

Same engineers, same methodology, same accountability. What changes is how much of the work you want us to own.

01

Team extension

Senior engineers who join your standups, your Slack and your repo, and work like the rest of your team.

Best when

  • You have product direction and more roadmap than people
  • You want engineers who take ownership, not tickets
  • Hiring locally is slow or expensive for the roles you need

You get

  • Engineers, tech leads or architects embedded in your workflow
  • A shared working window every Eastern Time morning
  • A delivery lead on our side who watches quality and continuity

02

Managed delivery

We own a product stream end to end: plan, build, test and ship, with one engineering lead accountable to you.

Best when

  • A platform, modernization or new product area needs an owner
  • Your team should stay focused on the core product
  • You want outcomes and visibility, not headcount to manage

You get

  • A cross-functional team with an engineering lead
  • Written plans, regular demos and status in your tools
  • Specs, tests and documentation that stay with you

03

POC & MVP

Turn an idea into working software you can put in front of users, your board or investors.

Best when

  • You're validating a product, an AI feature or an internal tool
  • You need evidence before committing a full team
  • The idea is clear but the technical path isn't

You get

  • A spec agreed with your stakeholders before code is written
  • A working product deployed to your environment
  • A clean handover, or a path to scale it with us

04

AI workshops & consulting

Hands-on sessions that help your engineers adopt agentic workflows that hold up in production.

Best when

  • Your team uses coding agents, but results vary by person
  • Leadership wants a methodology, not another tool
  • You're deciding how far to let agents into testing and production

You get

  • A workshop or webinar tailored to your stack and team
  • A review of your context, specs, testing and guardrails
  • A practical adoption plan your team owns

02 How we work with AI

Methodology over tools.

Coding agents are part of every engagement. What makes them safe to use on your product is the method around them, and the seasoned engineers who run it.

  1. 01

    Seasoned engineers operate the agents

An experienced engineer drives every agent, reviews every change and owns what merges. Output goes up; the quality bar stays where it was.

  2. 02

    Context engineering

Agents are only as good as the context they work in. We build and maintain agent docs, wikis, knowledge graphs and PRDs alongside the code.

  3. 03

    Spec-driven development

The right specs, in the right order, reviewed by your stakeholders before code is written. We built Supaspec.dev to work this way.

  4. 04

    Agentic testing, in parallel

While features are built, agents test APIs, drive the product in a browser, collect evidence and file bug reports for the engineer to triage.

  5. 05

    Agents in production support

Agents read logs, telemetry and data against the code to help troubleshoot incidents, inside segregated environments with gated access.

  6. 06

The right model for each task

Models and tools change every month. The method stays: which model for which task, within which budget, checked in which way.

Want to see it in practice? Our YouTube channel has hours of hands-on sessions on coding agents, context, specs and agentic testing.

03 How engagements start

From first call to working software.

  1. Step 01

    A 30-minute call

You talk to an engineer, not a salesperson. We ask about the product, the team and what's in the way.

  2. Step 02

    A written proposal

Scope, team shape and cost, on one page. For a POC or managed stream, a first spec your stakeholders can review.

  3. Step 03

    Engineers in your workflow

Access, rituals and reporting set up in your tools. You see working software in the first demos, not a slide deck.

04 Start

Tell us what you're building. We'll suggest how.

Not sure which model fits? That's what the first call is for. Bring the problem; we'll bring a recommendation.
