Tell us what you're building.

You'll talk to an engineer, not a sales script. Share some context and we'll come back with a clear next step, usually a 30-minute call.

01 · Useful context

The more you share, the better the first call.

  • What you're building, and for whom
  • Where it's stuck: capacity, skills, a deadline, a risk
  • One engineer, a team, a fixed scope or a workshop
Response time
Within one business day, from an engineer on our team.

02 FAQ

Questions we hear before the first call.

01How much of our working day overlaps with yours?

Every working day. Our engineers are distributed across Europe, and most of our clients are in Toronto and the US, so we plan our day around yours: there's a shared window every Eastern Time morning for standups, pairing and reviews, and we work asynchronously, in writing, for the rest of the day.

02What does working with you look like day to day?

Much like working with your own team. Our engineers join your Slack, your standups, your repo and your sprint rituals. You get written updates, regular demos and direct access to the engineers doing the work, with no account manager relaying messages.

03How do you use AI coding agents, and who is accountable for the code?

Our engineers drive coding agents for implementation, testing and troubleshooting. Agents work from specs and project context we maintain, and a seasoned engineer reviews every change before it merges and owns the result. The quality bar is the same as for hand-written code.

04Is our code and data safe when agents are involved?

Yes. We use AI tools under business terms that exclude your code from model training, keep agents inside the same least-privilege access as the engineer operating them, and keep production and non-production environments separate. Nothing an agent does reaches production without a person approving it. The Trust center has the details.

05Who owns the intellectual property?

You do. All work product and IP are assigned to your company in the contract, and every engineer on our side is bound by the same assignment. You keep the code, the documentation and the context we build around it.

06How does an engagement start?

With a 30-minute call with one of our engineers. Afterwards we send a short written proposal covering scope, team and cost. You can start small, with a single engineer, a proof of concept or a workshop, and grow from there.

07Do you run AI workshops for in-house teams?

Yes. We run hands-on workshops and webinars on agentic engineering: context engineering, spec-driven development, agentic testing and using agents safely in production. Each one is tailored to your stack and your team. Our YouTube channel is a good preview of the material.
